I just want to have a place my own little street lamp to lean against. my own corner of the world in which to conquer and exist. somewhere where I am myself and I am free. freedom without constraints without pressure just existing in pure creativity, talent, love. I just want a place. somewhere to call my own some little piece of heaven on earth where the clouds sink to hug me and rise again to race towards the east. to stop feeling bottled up crammed inside a stuffy cubicle with no window and no exit surrounded by tired dream starved zombies I just want a place.

It's been a long long while. a long time coming of time passing. I've no desire for that time to be taken from me, the time we have not talked the time we have not smiled the time we have not laughed. Where did the time go? Where did my life go? Where is my life going? Somewhere without you and I am sure it is somewhere better than where I would have been if I would have what I once had. You made me a better bully. You loved me with all the love a fire can offer You made me less happy I became what you were I became a monster.

It is more taxing to be good than to be bad. I have calculated it. When a situation of a moral nature arises, one must ask himself "What should I do, and what will I do?" It can be quite different perspectives, what should be done and what will be done. We know what is right but we also know what feels good. We know what is best but we also know what we want. One must weigh the many options: act upon impulse or fact question or simply believe A good decision might mean making other people around you hurt. Such a decision might mean supporting what no other person supports. Doing good can be the difference between life and death.

I am married to the most amazing man in the world. The most creative. The most thoughtful. The most patient. THE most romantic. I am fully in love.

I collect old tobacco cans - cylinder records - cigar boxes - pop bottles - and movie ticket stubs, I prefer pancakes to waffles, I would love to hike Pikes Peak again, I would rather listen than talk, I've always wanted green eyes, I can play many instruments and love to perform, I think that the best things I can do with my life are to use my talents to my full extent - to love God with all my heart mind soul and strength - and to love those around me, I think the power of silence is underestimated, Black Water by the Doobie Brothers can always make my heart jump, I would call myself neutral and objective, I hope to accomplish many things this year, I have made amazing friends lately, ultimately I would like to market new cheesecake flavors and sell them to the masses.

I blush very easily, I have horrid eyesight, I fear mall walking because of the vendors down the narrow halls and their agility in latching themselves onto an unsuspecting meanderer, I look forward to opportunities to dress up, I bake cheesecakes with a mad passion and currently am perfecting a chocolate mousse cake and carrot cake, my home may not be the most put together or clean but I am happy to have you in it, I do not like amusement parks - they are not amusing to me, I am usually a cautious person but love to be crazy and reckless on occasion, I do not like ice in my water but must have it in my sweet tea, I never feel like I do enough for others, I would love to visit another country, I hope to learn more languages in my lifetime, I dream of designing my own home someday and building it, my greatest moment of peace was on a mountainside.

Developing a style

I find myself lacking a distinct style--one that is my own. I tend to flutter from medium to medium. I dabble in photography and then move over to acrylics. After that, it's time for ink and then back to photography, followed by painting. I am hoping to stick with my ink drawings for a while and continue to develop my skills and refine what I've got. My inspiration is Irina Vinnik--a very talented and steady handed artist from Russia. She has a depth in her drawing that is absolutely stunning and an intricacy that keeps you staring at her works for long after you think you are done. Thank you for all your support!
